It reflects our brand’s focus on creating items that turn raw personality into crafted fashion.

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order
After an order is placed you will receive an Order #, When your order is shipped you receive a Tracking # to your email and will be able to track it on our website or with a service provider. Please email us with your order # mekgalleria@gmail.com for help if needed
Q: How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?
We are unable to guarantee an order can be modified or canceled after it has been placed. Please email us at mekgalleria@gmail.com immediately after placing your order and we will let you know if we are able to cancel or modify your order.
Q: Where Is My Package?
To track your order our website has an order tracker on our dropdown menu Main Menu>Track Order, Put in an order number or tracking number to track your package. 3rd party providers can also track your package when shipped with a tracking number.
Can I get a refund or return my order
All sales are FINAL. Once your tracking number & Order number is given to you, you can no longer cancel.
For Damages and issues, Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES: If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank. We are unresponsible for lost funds due to the bank siding with us.
